What's it worth?
What's it worth to you to have the body you want? To feel better? To look better? To really be healthier? If it's not worth much, then keep paying the $39 a month over at some big gym that packs you in like cattle and doesn't care if you ever make progress. They want you fat, quite honestly, because you'll keep coming back to them; you'll keep doing the same things and you'll never really get the body that you want. Break that cycle. Come to us and learn the truth about muscles, exercise, diet and functional fitness. Get educated. Join our community. Be smart and tough. Set your body free. We see who you could be and we know how to get you there. It won't be easy. The really worthwhile things never are. But it's worth it.

How much for non-military? I just moved to Korea about two weeks ago and live in Mullae. I'm pretty overweight. My friend in PA recommended that I do crossfit but I'm not sure I'm in any shape to even start. Should I try losing weight first? My friend has always been superfit. I haven't been so since college. I'd like to find out more.
